According to Article 13(1) and Article 13(2) of REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) – („REGULATION”) – having regard to the contract beetween 3RE sp. z o.o. sp. k. and you – we inform you that:

1. the identity and the contact details of the controller: 3RE sp. z o.o. sp. k. with registered office in Choszczno, ul. Drawieńska 63, 73-200 Choszczno („CONTROLLER”);
2. the purposes of the processing for which the personal data are intended as well as the legal basis for the processing: processing is necessary for enter and performance of the contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into the contract – point b of Article 6(1) of REGULATION;

   1. processing for archiving purpose being the pursuit of a legitimate interest in securing information in the event of the need to prove facts or circumstances;

5. your personal data will be processed by the time the contract will be performed, as well as by the end of the year in which the limitation period for possible claims arising from the contract or storage of tax documents has expired;
6. your personal data may be made available to entities to which they must be made available on the basis of legal provisions, as well as selected subcontractors that provide IT, marketing, legal, HR and accounting services, deliveries, personal and property protection;
7. according to REGULATION you have the right:
   1. to request access to personal data and to obtain a copy of them;
   2. to request rectification of personal data;
   3. to request erasure or restriction of processing concerning the data;
   4. to object to processing concernig the data;
   5. to request data portability;
   6. to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;
8. providing data is voluntary but necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract;
9. Your personal data may be transferred outside the EEA to third countries. In this case, the transfer of data will take place if the European Commission finds that this third country, territory or a specific sector or specific sectors in that third country or international organization provides an adequate level of protection or a contract with that entity containing standard clauses of protection data accepted by the European Commission.
